NH35 Compatible Dials
An NH35-compatible dial is not just a dial with the right diameter. It needs the right feet, the right date aperture if it has one, and enough clearance for the case and hand stack you plan to use.

Compatibility rules
01
Dial feet need to match the NH35/NH36 movement pattern. If the feet are wrong, the dial will not seat properly.
02
Date windows need to line up with the NH35 date wheel at 3 o'clock. A no-date dial is fine because it covers the wheel.
03
Dial thickness matters when you add tall indices, applied logos, or a high hand stack. Check vendor notes for low-clearance cases.
04
Case back and crystal clearance are case-specific. The dial may fit the movement but still cause clearance issues in a very shallow case.
Check the exact combination
Dial fit is only one part of the build. Use the builder to combine a movement, dial, hands, case, and crystal, then review the compatibility warnings before ordering parts.

- What size dial fits the NH35?
- The NH35 accepts dials around 28.4-28.5mm in the common Seiko mod ecosystem. The dial should also specify NH35, NH36, SKX007, or SKX compatibility so the dial feet align with the movement.
- Does every NH35 dial fit an SKX007 case?
- Usually, but not automatically. An NH35 dial that is 28.4-28.5mm and listed as SKX-compatible will normally fit an SKX007-style case. Always check the vendor listing for dial diameter, dial feet, and any case-specific warnings.
- Can I use a no-date dial on an NH35?
- Yes. A no-date dial can cover the NH35 date wheel completely. The movement will still have a date position internally, but it is hidden below the dial.
